The AARGM Program is implementing Lead Engineer positions for the Front End Assembly, Guidance Section, Control Section/All Up Round, and STE/Box 4/5 Test Equipment. These positions will report to the AARGM Chief Engineer with responsibilities as follows:

  • Technical lead working closely with the assigned Section IPT Lead

  • Technical lead for non-conformances, engineering investigations, supplier technical issues, engineering changes, and government questions related to the assigned Section

  • Responsible to establish the company’s technical position integrating all necessary engineering disciplines

  • Assembles white papers and Powerpoint charts to status and inform the internal and external stakeholders

  • Provides leadership and guidance to all technical activities related to the assigned Section

  • Working with the IPT Lead, drive continuous improvement in both product and processes. Coordinate the evaluation of improvements proposed by team members

  • Function as the technical interface with AARGM-ER for the assigned Section

  • Knowledge of specific AARGM Sections is preferred but not required

  • Good working knowledge of the engineering change process
