Education and Experience
The Cable and Harness Technician uses engineering documentation to manufacture cable / harness products. Responsible for understanding Orbital ATK technical standards and requirements as it pertains to the trade skill. Reads and interprets documentation such as Work Instructions, schematics, wirelists, and drawings. Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed. Ensures work is done with completeness, accuracy, adherence to operation sheets, ISO procedures, schedules, and assign tasks. Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues.
•A High School diploma or General Education degree is required
• Two plus years of related experience is required.
•Technical school, training, IPC or J-STD certifications are a plus.
•Ability to obtain Security Clearance
